Bonjour,

My name is Olivier Caddoux and I'm French. Sorry to bother you with that.

I work in Paris in a Sport Agency who helps foreign teams in coming over on tour (we have many teams coming from England, Ireland, South Africa etc....
I send you this email as I would like to know your club a bit better, to know if some of your teams welcome French teams on tour in Cork or if your teams go abroad on tour etc...
We work with different hockey clubs in France as well as the Comitte of Paris to develop contacts in Europe and to facilitate tours in France for foreign teams.
For instance, Monkstown Hockey club, the Irish Universities already came over here in France with us and it's was great fun.

In Lille (North France), there is a SENIOR MEN & WOMEN TOURNAMENT ORGANISED ON THE 26 & 27 JUNE 2010.
Great Atmopshere with teams from France, Belgium, Scotland, South Africa, Spain.........
Hotels 1 or 2 stars at 300 meters from the field or even possibilities to sleep at the club with all the teams in sleeping bags .

Teams are coming over from everywhere but so far, no teams from Ireland and this is why we would like to invite your club there.

Do you know where to tour in 2010 (if you tour somewhere of course!) ?

Keep in touch,

All the best,

Olivier Caddoux

Training is on Tuesday evenings from 6-7pm. New players should just turn up to training. If you previously played for another UWHU team you may need to ask them to provide you with the appropriate transfer paperwork but the club secretary will explain this to you.

Taryn Botha says...
Hi, Please could you let me know what days your practices are and what times. Is there any procedure for new players wanting to join? Thanks

Hello

My Name is Olivier and I'm French.
just to inform you that A women team from SOUTH AFRICA will attend the Great SENIOR Tournament organised in Lille at the end of June 09 (27-28th JUNE)
It's a men tournament and it's a women tournament for players over 21years old.
Obviously, women and men, don't play eachother!
There is still 2 places for 2 teams to attend to it (One for men and one for women)
If you want to have more details, please let me know asap.

Olivier
